We can provide refunds for your purchase within 5 days from the purchase date. It can be issued only if valid reason is provided. Access to the content on our website will be revoked, after refund request. Note that:
- We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, etc.
- Please verify all details before completing a transaction.

2. Other cases
A refund may also be considered under exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- You are unable to access the content due to a verified technical fault on our end

In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of purchase with proof of the issue. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.
